- Each rental unit has a unique keyless entry code or physical key provided by the owner.
- Access codes will be shared prior to your arrival - please keep this information secure.

🎟 Amenity Access Bracelets:
- All guests must wear a resort-issued amenity bracelet to access Tidewater Beach Resort’s pools, fitness center, and other shared facilities.
- Bracelets will be provided at check-in and must be worn at all times while using amenities.

- All guests must check in upon arrival.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central Time at our 2nd Level Front Desk, located at:
16819 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413 - If you arrive after office hours, security at the check-in counter can provide temporary amenity bracelets. Regular bracelets will be available the following day.
⏳ Early Check-In Options
- If you wish to check in earlier, please contact the owner of your rental unit to see if early access is available.
- If early check-in is not possible, guests may be able to leave their belongings (such as luggage) inside the condo rented and start enjoying the resort, go grocery shopping, or explore the city while the cleaning crew completes their deep cleaning.

We strive to have all condos ready on time. However, in the event of an unforeseen delay beyond our control, no compensation will be offered.

🧹 Before You Leave – Help Us Keep It Clean!
We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for every guest. Before departing, please:
✔ Remove all trash and place it in the appropriate chute or receptacle by the elevators.
✔ Load any used dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.
✔ Leave bed sheets, covers, and towels as they are – our cleaning team will collect them for deep cleaning and sanitization before the next guest arrives.
🎟 Returning Amenity Wristbands
- Before leaving, please return all resort wristbands to the front desk.
- Lost wristbands may be subject to a replacement fee.

Due to the exclusive offers and special rates provided, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once a payment has been made. A payment is required to complete your reservation, as once dates are blocked off, owners may lose the opportunity to rebook.

- If you are unable to attend your reservation but have paid in full, you may be eligible for a rental credit to reschedule your stay.
- To qualify, you must notify the owner at least 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- The rental credit can be applied toward future dates of equal value, subject to availability.
⏳ Changes Requested Within 30 Days of Arrival
- If you request a date change less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival, the owner cannot guaranteeavailability but will do their best to accommodate your request.

- A $35.00 service fee may apply for lockout assistance when a key is lost if the door does not use a code entry system.

- Some units may have occupancy limits or additional requirements for large groups. BUT, there are units that can be rented next to each other accommodating around 16 people. For example, Unit 1702 and 1703, A 3 bedroom and a 1 bedroom, with bunk sets, can accommodate 16.
- Special rates, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies may vary for group bookings. Ask the owner of the unit you plan to book.

The primary condo registrant must be at least 25 years of age and must be a unit occupant. Failure to comply will result in eviction without refund.

The guest agrees that all persons on the property have transient status as defined by and for the purposes of § 82.045 Fla. Stat. (2015).
No pets are permitted in any of our units with the exception of registered service animals. Violators will be evicted without refund and will be charged additional cleaning fees.
All units are non-smoking. Violators will be evicted without refund and will be charged an additional $300 cleaning fee.
Guests may not exceed the maximum unit occupancy as doing so is a fire code violation. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.

No, this is another difference between renting a condo versus a hotel room. Each and every one of our units are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. Should you wish to have basic housekeeping services during your stay, we are happy to schedule them at your convenience (additional fees may apply).
No, owners of each condo at the Tidewater Beach Resort provide the bed linens, bath towels and kitchen supplies you will need for your stay. These items have been supplied for your convenience.
However, at this time we do not provide beach towels, so please remember to pack your own!
